WHDLoad and Honeybee pad incompatible?

Is it possible that some WHDLoad games arent compatible with CD32 pads such as the HoneyBee?

Ive noticed that i have a problem with Cedric CD32: I dont get past the map screen where ´Press fire button´ blinks at the bottom of the screen. No matter what button i press on the pad, the screen wont go away. But if i plug in a standard competition pro joystick and press fire, the screen goes away.

Another problem i have with Alladin: At the screen where you could choose between start an options, i can highlight each of them by pressing up and down on the pad, but if i press the red button or any other it wont select the option. Also in the bonus level after you completed a level there is no way to stop that random bonus thing. Same here, if i plug a normal joystick it works without porblems.

Can anyone confirm these bugs? Or is it really a bug?

hi

I think is perhaps missing lowlevels.library which cause trouble

I will look it soon

Try to add lowlevel.library in installed game =>folder DATA/

for test set tooltype filelog run game and lok log file => perhaps youo can see game looking for this library

I will try it this weekend

Bye

Ahh thanks CFou! for the info. I hope you dont mind that i posted the thread here AFTER i sent you a bugreport.

Ive copied the lowlevel.library to the /data/ folder, but still the button doesnt get recognised.

The game doesnt seem to search for the library if you look at the attached logfile.

Nice fix, Wepl. The jump button in Aladdin works now with the Techno Plus joypad too.

How about a Lionheart fix (jumping) for the TP pad too?
