Lightbulb 2 more .amhd drivers for A-Max...

I was wondering if someone could produce an .amhd driver for the A600 IDE.
The A-Max II is the only emulator that can work on a plain 68k machine and it's indeed very very good!
Pity for the A600 owners who already have an IDE controller built into their machines, not to be able to run this excellent piece of software!

I think (and I stand corrected) that it wouldn't be extremely difficult and time-consuming for an experienced coder to do some reverse-engineering in a readily available IDE .amhd file (there are already some of them available) and fix/improve it to work with an A600...

It would also be very useful if there was an IDE driver for the Alfa Data BSC Alfapower controllers. These are very common among european A500 users (perhaps more common than the original Commodore A590) and I don't see any .amhd suitable for them...

Thanks in advance to anyone who could help with that...

I keep meaning to get around to trying that, but never seem to...

The GVP AT .amhd is very simple and should be easiest to modify for A600/1200 IDE.
The ICD AdIDE .amhd is more extensive and would be better, but probably take longer to do. (The AdIDE .amhd emulates some SCSI commands, e.g. it returns data in response to INQUIRY. The GVP AT one doesn't.)

I KNEW IT!!!
Finally, someone interested in my idea! I wish I had the skills to start doing it myself, but I don't!
Please, please, please, Mark, consider finding some time to try it, humanity will be grateful to you!!
