I found the Jewel case booklet that came with the CD. What resolution are you wanting? 300 DPI? Do you want them as individual pages? JPG? Just let me know then I will attempt uploading to the zone.

I think that 150DPI is enough. And individual JPG pages are OK.

Look in the zone. I did not get a chance to crop the images, but they were scanned at 150 and 300 DPI. I hope this helps.
