Can anyone give me some advice with the big fish boss at the end of stage 2? I had about 4 lives left but lost them all at this point, I keep getting trapped as it moves around the screen. Any ideas as it keeps beating the carp out of me (sorry).

Shoot it in the eye. When she attacks fly top left corner of the screen. Then if you are able, fly to the top right. When she flows left, go down to the bottom right. Then move left and up. After each of your moves in any directions you should stop in the corner and wait what she will do next.

P.S. Bonus level is hidden in its mouth

Gaaa!!
Well I got to the 2nd disk for the 1st time today with a smashing score of over 10,000, and without losing a single life.. unfortunately it crashed while loading disk 2

I'm using the quartex crack that Graham put in the zone.. can somebody offer a working copy?
Or better yet a WHDLoad version would be sublime..

Whoops! Sorry, should have checked it properly... although I've never had much use for disk 2 myself

Personally I use the WHDLoad version anyway and I've never had a problem with it.

I'll also put it in the Zone for convenience, I think.

Hey nw's Graham.. it's near on impossible to tell which cracked versions are 100%..
I try to use my orginal backups when I can, but alas I don't have a boxed Apidya.. yet

nice score Graham

ok I hate to inundate this thread with troubleshooting, but the WHDLoad version of Apidya is running waaaay too fast on my comp..
I'm using an a4000/full 040/18mb RAM

anyone have this prob, or know of which tooltypes I should set?

I'm running on an 040 too, and it's fine here (except for the slowdowns when too much is going on occasionally); try nocache.

Well.. finally.. after 14yrs I managed to finish Apidya

Good luck trying to beat this score ppl.. I cleaned up most of the enemies along the way, plus missed only 1 angel in the bonus part of 1-1..

btw.. my cuz cadaver has a nice score that he has yet to submit, will do later today

I gave it a shot, but with my autofire screwed, it makes it kind of hard to shoot quick and get maximum damage
