In hi-res I found only Sim City, Psion Chess and Mahjonng.
Chip 8 games can be easily emulated with accurate speed and sound on 286 with CGA http://www.zophar.net/chip8/vision-8.html and some games: |

I think for now The Cycles http://hol.abime.net/3167 is best game for 286 with CGA. Good, balanced gameplay, and smooth, nice looking graphics. StarWars had best sound fx but it's too fast on 12MHz machine. I tested most games from http://www.xtcabandonware.com/

I found today Nuclear ZX - emulator of ZX Spectrum 48k for CGA and newer machines. Games are playable at full speed and with sound with 12MHz CPU. Most of them are better than games for PC (I have more fun playing them).
