Damien you rock !
Hope it will bring a lot of people to enter the competition. Would be cool to see more games created for Amiga.
If I ever manage to finish the game, I will enter too.

You can enter as far as I'm concerned as you started your project recently; you don't have to finish it by the end of competition BTW.

Guys, sorry I've been out of the loop lately, work has been eating me up and it will be up until mid september unfortunately, I'm sorry.

But please, guys, feel free to keep this going without me. I am really fine about it

It would be nice to have the exact rules of the contest available on the first post of the thread rather than to have to follow a link there.

It seems like nitpicking but people late to the party doing a quick diagonal read of the thread will easily miss that link and ask in the forum.

And while I am at it:
  • Put me in for 50 euros.
  • As I mentioned in the general game dev contest thread, it seems reasonable to have a rule which forces the game to run on actual hardware. The NES scene is rife with games which only run on emulators and crash miserably on actual hardware, this is definitely something we want to reproduce.

This hasn't been organised as yet.

I think Shatterhand mentioned that he would set one up though.

Ian: 5 Euros
DamienD: 500 Euros
ReadOnlyCat: 50 Euros
Nightshft: 20 Euros
aszu: 15 Euros

Total so far: 1070 Euros
I'm sure we can discount Amiten as I can't imagine he will still want to support an EAB games competetion...

Anyway, to all the above, could you please transfer the money to my PayPal account and once done send me a PM?

Don't know how this is possible, but I completely missed this thread: is it too late now to join the prize pool? Otherwise I'll more than glad to match the Amiten pledge.

I am not sure if I am right, but I though we gave up our money from Starquake and at least part of them shall be donated to this project? Please, ask Galahad.

Galahad contacted me, I said he could send me the cash to look after but never heard anything back so...

Damien, I've sent 25 euros. I didn't pledge originally but it seemed like a good thing to do.
