Looking for a Radeon 9250 or 9200 128mb PCI card for my mediator setup.
Thank you! |

it's worth noting that the 9250 with 128MB is 'only' 64bit, you need a 256MB board to have 128bit. This probably makes little real difference in an amiga realistically, except in a few niche circumstances.

Hmm I don't see any 256MB model on the Mediator supported list. What model would work? Thank you Nuno |

I couldnt say really, I dont use the elbox radeon driver, so I dont know if that works correctly with 256MB models
If I were buying then I'd get either the 9200 128MB or 9250 256MB boards that look like this: |

I think I might have one in a box with old hardware - what's your deadline? :-)

Out of a matter of interest. Are you planning to use Warp3D on OS 3x? If so you need a Voodoo 3/4 or 5 card for that

In case sittingduck can't find his, I also have one, a 128mb 9250.
Wasn't there some sort of issue with voltages, some cards require one voltage and some cards another, and the mediator can only use one type of card? |

older mediators need 5v cards. newer ones have a vrm so can handle 3.3v cards. or you can wire 3.3v to the pci slots.

It will work with a firestorm Prometheus but only with ‘special’ drivers, and before you ask, no I don’t have them.
