In North & South, you can click on the photographer's butt in the main menu and he will wiggle and giggle.

We always used to laugh at the "ice cream, ice cream" on speedball 2 during the replay. Also nothing better than knocking your mate off the pits in Indy heat!

Kingpin from Team 17 had some random service announcements that was a nice touch and a bit fun to hear for the first time since they came right out of the blue druing the game.

I always found the 'Insert Disk x in DF0:' prompt in some games quite funny when you have an external drive attached!

I always used to enter 2nd disks into the drive first - I am sure there were some funny messages on some (can't for the life of me remember which ones)
Always good to leave a character in a game standing to see what they will do - usually see some funny responses here I am also pretty sure in Fascination (adventure game by Coktel Vision) that when your female character is having a shower you can move the mouse pointers over her breast and click for some funny reactions (what a perv I was!) Some others may come to me..... |

Nobody mentioned Turrican II yet? It is full of those funny things, most of them is somehow connected to basic walker enemies: they squeak when you squish them, they wear fins underwater, funny repair squad in flight level, of course 'Katakis lives' sign carrier, various voices of giant walkers in factory etc etc.

Remembered another - the awesome PD game Tanx
If you move your turret directly facing up and fire (so you drop the bomb on yourself) you get a funny little voice sample along the lines of a sports commentry - I think it says something like 'oooh, he can't be too happy with that one' |
