Transcend 4GB IDE Flash Module?
Hello,
Just wanted to see if this would be a better choice then the regular CF2IDE thingy. I have had some problems with the card and the true ide shit, i just stumbled on this the other day and it looks like it would be a much better solution. Any thoughts. http://ec.transcendusa.com/product/I...d=TS4GDOM44H-S |

I have seen other amiga users using drives like this they are extreemly fast seeking but has low write speed "faster than amiga capabilitys" So it is a very good alternative to the noisy traditional HD. I use a solid state disk as well . http://www.tri-m.com/products/sandisk/ide4000.html at 4gb and its great. My hd light on the tower is broken so its damn anoying cant hear when my amiga boot so added SCSI drives :-P

Thanks for the replies ^^
I might end up buying the 512 mb module, that would be more then enough to fit OS 3.9 and some progs on it. I think the PCMCIA>CF solution is the best to organize all those WHDLOAD Games. |
