CDTV Flash RAM

CD32 has 1kb Flash RAM
CDTV has how much?

Is there anyone that owns a CDTV and can give a definite answer?

I'm fairly sure it has some other type of RAM as well as the standard 1mb chip

The CD32 has 1kb Flash. Not 2. I'm 99% sure of that

DF0000-DFFFFF Custom chips
E00000-E7FFFF Memory card address space for front panel memory card

The CDTV got no internal flash ram But it has a Memory Card Slot right under the LCD Display where a Mem Card can be inserted (64KB or 256KB) .....

The Flash Ram (NVRAM) in CD32 is built into the Akiko Chip and the size is 1KB

Yup you're right, my mistake
You can use chip and fast ram.
Fastram has a limit of 16 mb. but if you opgrade with new chip you can use 128 mb fastram

This surely is SRAM or something. I don't think the CDTV had Flash, back then that was fucking expensive.
