Hello everybody!

If you still don't know yet, I would like to present our game music radio here, which is operated since the beginning of 2001 by me and some friends. You can find it here: http://www.radio-paralax.de

Furthermore, there is a community forum for retro gaming, chiptune fans and music producers in which you are welcome, not only for Amiga content: http://www.radio-paralax.de/board/

Registering and introducing is really fast and easy and would support us and the scene.

Our program is primarily concerned with the music of Commodore systems, but there are also many songs of the console era as well, from the NES to today's consoles like the XBox One or PS4. The radio stream is available 24 hours per day with the usual players like Winamp, VLC or via Flash plugin directly from the page on the PC, but also via smartphone with apps like XiiaLive. Even with ordinary wireless lan kitchen radios with web radio function, our program can be received by searching the station "Radio PARALAX".

The songs played are mostly remixes from original 8-Bit and 16-Bit systems like C64, Amiga, SNES, Genesis etc. The playlist currently includes more than 2,000 titles and growing. There are at irregular intervals live broadcasts in which we play original Chiptunes as it sounded on the original, whether C64, Amiga, SNES, Megadrive etc. There is also the latest news from the gaming scene, greetings and music requests. Furthermore, there is a video stream with live broadcasts of classic and current games, Longplays, tests, reviews, recommended videos from the retro scene on our Twitch Channel, which can also be received directly on our website: http://www.radio-paralax.de/videostream.html

On the occasion of the new 2016er Remake of "The Great Giana Sisters" on the Amiga, there is a special show this Friday (12th August, starting at 20:30 CEST) with all official 8- and 16-bit conversations, some Fan sequels and new console versions in our videostream. Expect some interesting background stories and photos of the now very rare original version as well as some of the best song remixes.

There will be a 2h livestream this sunday, 19th Februrary at 20:00 CET with some of the best C64- & Amiga demo releases from the recent "Datastorm 2017" in sweden. Additionally we play some of the latest chiptune releases and an interview with former Rainbow Arts member "Matthias Sykosch" and "v3to" from Oxyron/PriorArt in german.
