Driving me around the bend...

How do you change the icons on the Ram Disk etc on the main desktop with GlowIcon ones in OS 3.9. Tried dragging them on the icon in the Information box, it does not change them.

Is there a program to do this?

The RAM disk icon comes from SYS:Prefs/Env-Archive/Sys/def_ram.info. But it should already be a GlowIcon style one in 3.9 by default ..?

Is this the same for ALL Workbench's as I can then look at changing the icons on WB 1.3 lol.

I don't remember how it is with 1.3, it's a rather different setup from 2.x onwards. You'll have to look and see

I wrote a script that copies a custom ram.info file into the ram disk on boot-up on OS 2.0

(that way the default icon is still available should I wish to change it back...)
