Banjo Kazooie (Nintendo 64 game) has a talking loo in the level Mad Monster Mansion. You can even get flushed down by him.

In the sequel, Banjo Tooie, the toilet is back and VERY dirty. And then it spits out a golden jiggy that kazooie swallows... Yuck.
Love those games |

My fave toilets until now (I say until now because I hope there is a great future in toilet design, it's an interesting avenue) are the ones in Max Payne.
You find them even in remote Bronx and they're dirty, scary, filled with drug addicts. Then you still have to check them to get your pain medicine. I luv it ! Talkie |

Speaking of toilets, one of the first ones I remember seeing in a video game was in the arcade version of Final Fight

Meh, the best toilets remain in the Silent Hill games; dark, dirty, freaky, SCARY. Especially when you knock on doors and someone knocks back! I'm talking all four games here:
Silent Hill 1: crying girl in nightmare school... freaked me out Silent Hill 2: knock on door, someone knocks back. Gave me a heart attack. Silent Hill 3: (normal) knock on door... nothing. (Nightmare) knock on door... scream! Silent Hill 4: on first visit, empty. On second visit a statue of a girl you are supposed to be protecting has suddenly appeared, looking quite freaky also. It is the fact that the you start out with the camera NOT showing the statue, but then when you move the camera switches to the statue being in view that made me jump to the ceiling... I haven't played Silent Hill Origins yet (waiting for the PS2 port), but I'm sure a freaky toilet is in there. |

Ops sorry for the late reply, but anyhow, I took a look at google and found this. Uhm... "his" name is Loggo btw.
Because of the Larry Leisure Suit loo pic: There is also a loo at another Larry part, that one were you are at a hotel. This one loo can also be used. |

I like the toilet in Leisure Suit Larry 1 where if you flush it, it floods the entire bathroom and you drown
