i added see PC hds, now i get the 1> prompt again!!!
if i boot from a wb disk i see the hds (with the PC hds ativated)

i've noticed that i haven't got a startup-sequence, is that right?

Djay, I give up!

I've tested both methods and the ClassicWB works 100% fine for others and me.

If you've followed the last set of instructions, I just can't understand why it doesn't work. The files needed for the startup sequence are copied off the workbench3.0 disk during the install procedure.

It sounds like you didn't insert the workbench3.0 disk when asked too and the required files weren't copied over.

Perhaps I'll do a pictorial guide hehe..............

it seems that my Wb3.0 boot disk was knackered... as i used a different Wb3.0 disk.. SORRY for wasting your time, but my original Wb3.0 seemed ok as it booted and ClassicWB reported it to be 100% ok...

thanks for everybodys help!!!
