Floppy LED

I've added the RGB2HDMI mod and compact flashes in the ide and pcmcia slots. All working fine but I have put the cover on and the floppy drive light is on permanantly. The hard drive fled flickers with the disc access usages so looks good just floppy which isn't being accessed/used is always on.

Is this a by-product of the mod or an issue to troubleshoot?

Thanks.

It sounds like the FDD and HDD signals are reversed, or the FDD cable is backwards.

Red face

I'm definitely using the fdd connector and the cable is so well folded that I know it has gone back at the correct orientation. However I've just noticed that I am missing the power cable which obviously is not helping. I have no recollection of removing it though
