I've never had any problems with Colonization. It also natively installs to hard disk and supports higher screen resolutions. I can't see it needing to be WHDLoad'd.

Ah well scratch that off the list then!

i admit that some of my suggestions I wouldnt initially have posted but since games like Civ, Subwar and Amberstar have been done i thought proposing other hd games wouldnt be entirely inappropriate.

Same with Wing Commander CD32, theres been others done for this platform. And the fact that this one has 256 col gfx would make it well worth it.

The Pools and Krynn games have got to be worth a pop surely?

Arrow Lorna

I would do Lorna if someone has the original. But nobody has come forward with it as yet!

Hired Guns is fine apart from the fact you can't quit back to Workbench, although I am sure there is some way you can...

Yeah, Hired Guns is fine. Seems to work under any config, and can quit back to workbench too.

How about Impact 95, I have it and the original has been done, with impact 95 having more levels!

Go on!

Arrow Send Impact 95 to Psygore

If you send the game to Psygore I'm sure he will write a patch for it. Probably very easy if it's just different levels.

Why does Ambermoon need WHD'fied? It works on all CPU's upto '060 and it's got a Hard Disk installer.

Just curious.

Erm, it was a more a completist thing as the less compatible game Amberstar had an install. I regret putting some games on that list.

Ok. I am still not quite sure why Amberstar had an install. It works fine if you disable caches. That is how I have always played it.

cpu >NIL: nocache noburst nocopyback

This line added before amberload in the play & install scripts and voila.
