This is not a problem, just a curiosity.
Can key-loggers installed under Windows, capture keypresses that occur under WinUAE ?? |

Most likely as they would catch them at the System level - before even WinUAE would get them. Just my opinion though...

Yes. Definately.
most keyloggers hook system calls in the kernel so it doesn't matter which program is running, the keypress will be captured. |
