I love playing Mighty Max on the SNES, I wish it had been released for the Amiga back in the day... or right now! It's a fun, level-exploring kind of platformer, and the controls are okay when you get used to them.

There's another game preview in the German ASM issue 10-94, same page as the Mighty Max preview. A game called "Akrobats" from Catfish. Anybody heard of it?

Hi

Going back a bit here! I remember Mighty Max, we were asked to do it by Ocean but were pretty restricted on what we could do, I remember the game wasn't great (we were pretty rushed to get it done).

The Amiga version was never released, and it was by far the best version as I recall. Unfortunately nothing remains of it, I was always a bit slack at archiving my work I'm afraid.

It amazes me how someone might not be all that fussed if they lost an entire work like this. If it was the best version then surely you'd at least want to have that safe somewhere regardless if it was released or not. Yeah it was really good but oh well. Fair enough

we should try to find them and ask if they didn't keep a copy !
edited: if someone has a photo of one of these coders it could help.

You mean this interview (page 30+31)? Sounds like a completed or nearly completed version. But look at post#8. Probably lost forever.
