I completely forgot about KX Light! I may have to this on the bootloader selection somehow (so I have MSDOS, Windows 98SE, KX Light). If I'm not mistaken, it will require linux partition on HDD or will it be okay with FAT32?

Welp, the fated month has arrived it seems. I bet you're getting pretty excited about this again. What a great story. I am a USA resident who grew up with the Amiga, though many of the games I played were the pal region ones (My dad knew smart people who found ways to make the monitor we had display either pal or ntsc with a disk loaded program). If I could be around CRT screens without the sound of the refresh frequency giving me a headache, I'd hunt down original hardware again when I have a better income myself. If one of my Amiga systems (my dad's friend gave us his 500 when he got a 1200 with a Video Toaster in it) is in the shed, I'll definitely clean it up and at least hang it on the wall or something, when we go through it in spring.
Can't wait to see the post of you getting the Batman pack, I'm all too aware of it from Ahoy's video "FLATLINE: How the Amiga Languished." |

Hey 005AGIMA,
Loved your unboxing video mate. Such a thrill isn't it? That A500 is a fine specimen and an awesome buy. Hope you really enjoy it. Looking forward to seeing what you do with it. I had to laugh when you revealed the Star Wars Trilogy as I had only just purchased the same thing back in September. |
