Aircraft carrier plane game thingy
OK, this was a side on scrolling both ways (you could change direction) game where you took off from an aircraft carrier, and then had to bomb things, or shoot things on an island. Sorry I can't remember any more than that, I was pretty young at the time.
Thanks |

I remember this one too. I think it was made by Broderbund, but I can't recall its name.

Not quite my dear Watson (or Ian). We still have to find if this is indeed the case.

Hmmm.
I'm really not too sure whether this was called Wings of Fury. Did it appear under any other name?
Btw, now that I come to think of it... It could have been released by BlueByte too (Something with Apocalypse in it.. Could it be?) |

There's the game Apocalypse which looks like a graphically updated choplifter clone. No hangars as far as I've seen though.

Anyone managed to finish Apocalypse? This game was utterly hard IMO. I managed to get up to level 3, I heard there was just 5 levels on it.
Good game anyway. Oh, and it was published by Virgin |
