Flimbo's Quest and Plotting would be cool, I think Plotting is just 1 exe so might be possible to run joykey mapping software for menu.

@SolderPCB thanks, I'll keep those in mind. Even if we don't get around to doing standalone releases I may end up adding them to one of my big collections.

@Neil79 cheers, I appreciate all of the coverage I've added you to the recommended games list.

Launching the next game now a couple of hours ahead of schedule so I can go to bed!

Cannon Fodder

I know this already has an official CD32 release, the only difference is the hilarious music video intro can now be played on anybody's CD32, not just those with the expensive FMV module. Part of history re-corrected as Steve put it

Awesome work, love the covers

I always wished that SWOS had been released on the CD32, i played Sensi to death on it.

Also seemed like it would have been the ideal medium to re-release Monkey Island 2 on instead of 12 floppys

Cheers Neil!

@retropaul Alas, SWOS itself is not going to be released in this batch due to difficulties running it in 2mb (we will do a SWOS release once a new fastram expansion comes out though). However, you still might be in for a treat as we have no less than four soccer games/collections coming out soon.

Monkey Island 1 & 2 were in Gary's big collections and will be in mine at the end of the month.

Cannon Fodder with Intro

What we all waited for back in 1994. The intro video to start up... till we all realised we had to spend another £199 just to see it!!

Wow, another great game Right now I have tested all those three games, they work well on my winuae on basic cd32 configuration. When I was trying to run Flashback on cd32 with more fast ram game loop intro animation after pad config screen.
Your work got different quality, it would be good if every game You "re-master" were made with same high quality. I know I'm not in position to give advices and I do not know how much it take to make those games works well.
For now Flashback is Your best release, it got nice intro animation and screen with buttons configuration for pad. I wish to see stuff like game instructions and more extra stuff that can fit on cd - maybe some intro-attract mix of different gameplay moments like in those arcade games that show game title and some brief moments of gameplay.
For example Cannon Fooder could have menu at start that consist of two screens : first one with pad config, second one with mission menu that allow to start normal game + intro or play some bonus maps like sensible soccer 1939 or Christmas missions.
My candidates for next games are:
Flink - add sega-cd intro, add button config sceen and eventually digital game manual,
Lotus Trilogy - fix Lotus 2 and 3 so You can have both engine sounds and music, add both cd tracks and original mods from disk version,
Putty Squad, Ruff'n'Tumble (whdlaod version got great two button support), Alien Bash2, and few more

Thanks Gzegzolka, we're relying on the free CD32 version of WHDLoad which does not work if Fast RAM is installed. Are you able to disable the Fast RAM on your CD32?

I'll keep your candidates in mind for future months, we're keen on adding FMV intros whenever we can so the Sega CD intro for Flink sounds like a great idea.

As I say - I do not have real cd32, I just use winuae in many different configurations, strange things start to happen when I add fast ram to configuration, but at standard "quickstart" cd32 everything is okey. Those three games works fine on winuae v241, v261, v27 and v281

I would like to see "The Adventures of Willy Beamish" for CD32.
The floppy version was like 12 disks, it would be perfect for CD32.

I am not sure if I can upload to the zone. But I will convert all the covers into PDF's that will print at exactly the right dims for DVD jewel cases if people would like them.

Great idea! But if you're going to do that, add some bleed to make trimming easier.

@Earok: how are you producing the covers? Would you be able to make higher-resolution versions available for printing?
