You were going to have 20 sprites per line @ 64 pixels each!!! Cowafreakinbunga! I would loved to have seen that!

I was using the hardware sprites 20 per line for extra layers of parallax. The blitter was used to render all the enemies, ships. It was quite powerful on a dual layer parallax. I would have of had a good 3 or 4 out of the 8 spare to have used for extras, possibly bosses.

The game is not lost. I have the game on discs, I just need to do some magic with them and get it released for everyone to see.

Whats the best plan? Do i get hold of an A500 and take images of the discs etc? I was a bit noobish and put them on HD floppies. I remember the 500 prefered them over a 600.

I'm sure that there is someone on this board that lives close by and will be more than willing to help you do the conversion.

Do you remember wich companies you asked to publish your game ?

Are you still in the games industry today ?

It was my one and only amiga game i made. I asked peopled like Team17, Mindscape, etc. I'm in the games industry now, been in it for 7 years. I've helped make a couple of games like Malice (Xbox), Call of Cthulhu (Xbox/PC), Championship Manager 5, 2006, and 2007 (360).

Some disk drives are a bit fussy with HD disks. If you put a bit of sellotape over the hole then it should be fine regardless of what Amiga you use.

My Dad lives in Birmingham and I live in Derby...

I assume the disks are not protected, I'll image them and return them to you if you like!
