Execute a list of commands by doublclicking an icon.

WHDLoad won't run Gobliiins on my 2MB A600 but it runs fine if I run the files directly.

I have written a textfile with the necessary commands and if executed from Workbench it starts and runs fine.

Filname: Start
Contents:
cd "directorynameoffiles"
stack 5000
loader

It works just fine to execute via CLI or the WB execute-window.

How do I add an icon to the file Start and execute the commands in it simply by double click.

I copied a project-icon from a WHDLoad-info-file and removed everything in Tool Types and tried replacing Default Tool (WHDLOAD) with c:execute and then IconX - none of them worked. Computer crashes and reboots.

Assign an icon to this textfile and add as a default tool the tool ICONX.
I recommend you using a fresh new icon of type PROJECT

I made one with IconEdit and saved over the old one, didn't work though, same guru error.

How come it works when I execute the script from a CLI-window?

you take your text file and make the icon file the same name with info appended.

start (text file)
start.info (icon)

Yup, as I wrote in the message before I managed to solve that problem but it still doesn't work. It starts but instead of getting the select language menu on the first screen I get guru meditation.
