Jaguars has more different model vehicles in different colors, much better weather and speed.
Lotus 2 has much better general grahics, better seabed, but the vehicles are most alls the same, speed is fast, but not like jaguar. It has maybe much better quality music.

at the end they are very similar becuase one has what miss in the other

I always liked Jaguar more. Vehicle turn animation looked smoother.

Thats Tuff. I really like lotus 2 BUT i got Jaguar XJ220 for Chrismas 1992 along with Rise of the Robots
(Rise even had a Bug that wont allow to finish the game with the fist shipped copies)

Anyway, i played Jaguar XJ220 so much that Chrismas season.
Also, my best buddy and me had a blast in the Career mode.

It has just more to offer that Lotus 2 . If its better?? wll .... thats a personal opinion

I played Jaguar on my A500 and I completed it at the first try. I found that strange because I'm not very good at racing games. I never completed Lotus 2 last race for instance. But there it looked like a walk in the park, with invisible/slow opponents.

Or was it just me? or a bad crack which made the game super easy?

Both were excellent and I bought jaguar after Lotus failed to run on my 1200 and me and the girlfriend (now wife 20 years later) liked playing racing games together. So my vote goes to Lotus...

Lotus 2 for me, blew my socks off while Jaguar was a really nice Lotus clone.

But clearly, Moonshine Racers beats them all. Those darned moonshiners!

XJ220 had the track editor, that was a nice feature. Me and my brother would get frustrated at the time running out on Lotus, so we'd put the cheat in and just race each other!
