TOSEC from scratch

Hey

If I haven't got any Amiga Tosec files on my computer how can I get the the games, apps etc. from the dat files (aka. downloading the files from dat files) ?

NB: I'm new to TOSEC sp bear over with me

The DAT files are checksums to identify your own adf files - they cannot be used for downloading anything afaik.

Much of the TOSEC stuff can be found on the EAB ftp server however:

So if a TOSEC release isn't on the FTP, where can I find it ?
I guess someone must have them

Probably, but then you might have to go to the shady parts of the internet. Not all Amiga software is openly available for copyright reasons, for example Workbench disks, Kickstarts, IPF files of games etc.
