Did anyone figured out a way to make a desktop case, A1000-style?

I would love to make one (or buy one, no big deal); that would look like an A1000, but that allow to put in a 1200 motherboard with accellerator card

3d print it would be too expensive, considering the size; I saw people making case out of acrylic, which seems feasible but at the same time, think that the Amiga is not really coping well with high temperatures...

I noticed this post, and I see that the preference here is for the classic Amiga case; but is there anyone that is into an A1000 case for the 1200?

If you're talking about a one-off you could make it from pretty much anything which wasn't conductive - styrene sheeting, acrylic, cast it from resin, carve it from wood, etc

A1200 board is too big to fit in an A1000 case. The new Amiga Reloaded, as well as all FPGA boards, will fit fine in an A1000 case.
