Amiga custom chips source code?

I was wondering if the Amiga custom chips had been open sourced over time, the chips I'm thinking of are Gary, Denise and Paula, if not have the chips been documented?

Thank you

There is at least a "Gary.txt" document for the A500/2000 in the HaynieFiles.zip

Other web sites and sources:

Denise: http://amiga.serveftp.net/Datasheets...cification.pdf
Gary: http://amiga.serveftp.net/Datasheets...cification.pdf
(the FTP connection is terrible slow, look at the Zone)
