I think Ive got this version but could you put it in the zone anyway.
What results have you had with this Emu - I never had any luck running anything other than apps on St emulators for Amiga.

It's in the Zone for you!

Sorry, I have no experience with this emulator, I just found it on my CD after I saw this thread.

Please check out this link, it has a list with downloads for Amiga,
and there is a file "Amtardem.lha", but I can't understand
the language

http://www.mbnet.fi/Apaja/alueet/tie...=Name&faid=469

If you can figure out how this can be downloaded, please put it in the Zone for me..! TIA!!!
I'm not from Finland, as you can see, but this site appears to require registration in order to download the files. It's a username and password you require, not a translation!

However, the size of the Amtardem.lha file hosted there is the same as the file I have uploaded (46.4Ko).

Sorry, hit, I didn't realise you had uploaded another file!

AFAIK, the file I've uploaded is AmTari v4 Demo (also German), but I may be wrong about this (I've not tested it and the docs don't say) and I thought you'd found it and recognised it as a v2.02!

Are you now saying that it that might well be version 4 after all?

Thanks both ill check these files out.I probably just run some Apps but back in the day I just wanted to pirate my mates ST games and run them under emulation.

@prowler Is there anything else decent on that Emulators Unlimited CD.

@hit what kind of stuff did you get running on amtari.

Hi, Boo Boo!

Glad you liked the uploads. Have fun.

The Emulators Unlimited CD is a comprehensive collection of emulators for use with Amiga and PCs (DOS and Windows). But it's getting rather old now so there's nothing up-to-date included. It's really only useful to get hold of older versions which aren't such resource hogs and will run quite happily on older OSes.

I could upload a detailed directory listing for you if you're interested.

I can't generate the listing right now, because I've got the (desktop) case of my PC on its side at the moment to give me more room on the desk, and my DVD drive won't work in vertical orientation (no retaining clips on the tray). If I try to correct this with the hard drive spinning it's likely to self-destruct (gyro effect), so I'm gonna have to switch off first. Trouble is I'm downloading a torrent just now and it's got some 50 minutes to go.

So, sometime in the next couple of hours it'll be up in the Zone for you!

Not sure if AmiGameBoy is included, but I don't think so.

the amtari.lha in the zone says: $VER: TURBO-AMTARI 1.39 (28-Nov-92 19:38:19)
the zoned v2.02 version indeed says "AMTARI V2.02" (docs have "1990" in the document header).
so the turbo version might be the successor.

@Boo Boo,
The Emulators Unlimited CD directory listing is up in the Zone for you.

@hit @tomcat666,
I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with the Amtari Demo emulator. Stick with it because it got a fine review in the Amiga Format article linked to above by commie1974. I only uploaded this file in response to his request, so I've no other hints, I'm afraid.
Good luck!
