Screenmode names disappeared

I was messing with P96Mode that I copied from an old Amithlon installation to my Amikit installation's prefs drawer. I think running that program and clicking attach to board (but I pressed cancel when closing the program) caused this.

How do I fix this? I have a spare installation somewhere so which files do I need to replace with the original ones? tried with the monitor file; no change.

What exactly are you trying to fix?? The Screenmode to 16bit and 1024x768?? ... and then using PC GFX ??

If so... just scroll the window up and all shall be revealed

If not... dunno.

The names of the modes disappeared!

ie: 1024-768 and 1280-1024 are both listed as just "32bit". I could see the names on that list.

i definitely saw this some months ago, when playing with resolutions and custom screen sizes (the overscan setting) alas i know little about what's behind the appearance.
i was using the last ClassicWB, the RTG version. i fixed it resetting the screensizes to default i guess.

[edit] i remember try and error to find the previous resolution... that sorted my problem, but i guess you want to know more...
