Up to date Software database (XML)

There are 3629 entries listed on http://www.softpres.org/games but the XML available at http://www.softpres.org/download#software_database_xml only contains the first 3099 entries.

Could you please update the XML and make it complete?

I would like to request again update for XML database. Right now link for base is dead.

The link was valid, but the permissions on the file were wrong for some reason. Now fixed.

The XML should be up to date.
