Did you have to reinstall or would of it had been possible to fix it by holding both mouse buttons down at start up and booting in with no startup-sequence and fixing it from there??

If you edit the Startup-Sequence then you should know how to get access (edit) to it if any error happens. Else don't change S-S. Like redblade wrote, start without Startup-Sequence and then enter "ed sys:s/startup-sequence" or similar.

It was a Beginners Mistake Really I didn't Save as Ascii When I Wrote the Edit in The Startup Sequence to Allow a Patch to Work. I have Done this With Success now and My PCMCIA CF Adapter is now Working with no Issue. I also had a Outdated Version of CFD Which was Causing the Dramatic Slowdown on the A1200. Cut a Long Story Short I Really do need to Get a Command Shell and Amiga-Dos Guide. Like Windows for Dummies but Amiga Equivalent

I have not bought them or read them. So I can't comment on how good / useful they are but...
