Any good AMOS examples and tutorials?

Hi, Are there any good tutorials and examples how to code in AMOS? I'm kinda interested in AMOS and would like to port a game to Amiga.
I'm not a coder, so ASM or C will not work for me, Basic, I think I can handle it.
I need examples, like how to setup screen, show background picture, insert enemy, add properties to enemies, coordinates for mouse, etc.

Thanks.

Apart of the course (like this video [ Show youtube player ]), he recently made some interesting ones showing how to clone Golden Axe with Amos, although these are only with text: [ Show youtube player ]

Try to find the pdf of the EasyAmos manual! It's a great start, even if you want to use Amos Pro. Of course it doesn't have chapters about AMAL, Hardware-Sprites, Procedures (and other things, as they are not available in EasyAmos). But it's great to give you an idea on how to code your first simple game. Afterwards you can proceed to the Amos (The Creator) or AmosPro manual and jump into deeper water.

The AMOS manuals are also available on Aminet.

AmigaCoding.com has a number of links that might be useful. I've put many examples and guides up there for Blitz Basic, but the AMOS section sadly hasn't had enough love recently. Anyone feel up to editing it and adding some useful examples?

If you have any further questions than what you can find answers to here, try http://UltimateAmiga.co.uk in the Amos Factory subforums. There are PDF format books in the download page there.

Game Maker? Is it similar to AMOS?

I have been reading the 500 page Amos Pro manual, looks easy to follow.
I also will try to look at some Amos examples on Aminet.

I'm actually working on a Android game with Clickteam Fusion and is almost ready. The games is based on Amiga game and I wanted to back ported back to Amiga with my own graphics and style, like my own take on game.

I haven't had much time lately to add stuff to the AMOS side. I do have a handfull more games to add to the games side when I find the time
