Yes, looks similar to Tapper in gameplay at least for the screenshot showed.
But without playing it, is difficult to know for sure... |

indeed this is a Tapper clone and in the DBS you are palying a geisha that collects some cups...everytime you lost a cup and it will be broken the "green thing" appears and grumbles...
 one of the games i liked to play for a short when i was a little child...
