I will definately sell kits once/if I get the new PCBs to work. I need to try different resistors and capacitors. For some reason it's not working reliably, it's connected to noise on the clock signal. Btw. the new version would make down on the dpad remappable also.

I don't have any PCBs of the old type any more and I haven't even made any gamepads to myself, so I want to figure out the problem with the new batch. I have scrapped PCBs worth a few hundred euros already so I don't want to make another order just yet.

If somebody is willing to buy kits from me and sell assembled gamepads, I'm all for that (once I have it all working).

Finally built my kits today with updated firmware and cap values. I have to chime in and say these are fantastic!

Thanks, Mick.

What's most important is that you take a well-earned break - don't burn yourself out with this. Leave it a few weeks, then have a look at it with a fresh mind and it will all seem easier You have a great kit here that I'm sure only needs tiny tweaks to sort everything out.

I haven't ordered other SMT caps yet by the way, but I will some time and will try a few different values to see how they respond. On the whole though, my pad has worked fine with the bigger-than-recommended cap on a problematic A1200, though I haven't yet tried it with Ultimate Body Blows (fighting games aren't my thing...)

My gamepad came the other day. It is a very nice controller. I thank you very much MickGyver. I agree with Daedalus when they say you need a well earned break after your batches you have made go through. Thanks again for all your hard work.

My pad arrived yesterday. Only had a brief moment to try it out but very impressed with it. Works and looks great.
Thanks for building it.
I agree, take a break you've more than earned it.

Received my controller today. Damn son, this is one mighty fine piece of hardware. Likely the best amiga controller I have tried. Beats the more heavy honeybee imo. Very sensitive direction controls, which is great for amiga games that use up for jump. Amazing work MickGyver! Much respect! All the best.

Finally I got the first of two controllers assembled and can report a fully working gamepad, even on a A500 Rev.3 .
Thanks!

Thank you for all the good feedback! I have been working all day on detailed instructions how to source parts for the KTRL CD32, how to build it and how to program the Atmega. I will soon sell the PCB, preprogrammed Atmega, other components and stickers over at Amibay.com. Everything you need to know should be detailed in the instructions below:

I'm not sure that I will assemble any more of these gamepads, it's possible that I will assemble a few still though.

Here are thorough instructions for building KTRL CD32 gamepads:

http://www.daemonbite.com/ktrl/ktrl-cd32.html

I have also set up a thread on Amibay.com where you can get PCBs and components:

http://www.amibay.com/showthread.php...and-Components

If anybody wants to assemble a few KTRL CD32 gamepads and sell them on, they are allowed to do so as long as they buy the PCBs from me in the Amibay thread.

A little update.
If I untick "use lowlevel.library" all buttons work.

Psygore made a slave with CD32 controller support and that fixed my issue.
In fact, all WHDLoad patches with CD32 controller support works 100% for me.

Both versions of the game can be found on the ftp in my WHDLoad beta/unreleased folder.
