I've checked it with my multimeter its was giving 3.314V so thats ok.
I should be borrowing an oscilloscope tomorrow, so i can check all the
clocks are working.

I've cleaned the pins of the 68000 socket with a fibre glass pencil, but
dipped in IPA, it distroys the resin so its not quite abrasive as normal.

The 68030 was from china, but I dont know hard it is to kill a 68030,
I've got two more on order just to be sure.

regards
I am having a similar issue on the TF534 right now. The 95144XL will not flash. However i noticed that if i disconnect the clock i can flash it but then it will not start up when i put the clock back on..

I think i have a poor 3.3V rail but i havent had time to investigate.

Nope. Shorted lower data bus pin. Don’t even attempt to bring up without DiagROM

Hey Stephen!!!
You are cheating! You've soldered 9572XL on this bugger, i've watched the stream, and i know it for sure!

Yes. By accident. But that CPLD will not work because there are several NC pins on that package.

I had to desolder the 95144 off the 534S and solder it onto the 534r2

Doing a bit of pre-emptive research on the availability of the chips used in the TF534 after watching the live stream on Friday, the usual suppliers (RS, Farnell, Mouser and DigiKey) show the 16M SPI memory IC (M25P16-VMN6P) as obsolete or backordered with long lead time (same thing? ).

Is it case that there are other compatible types available from other manufacturers?

Great work you are doing here Stephen, by the way!

Still hoping to find a spare few hours to build up my TF530...

I’m planning on using quad spi chips. Probably only need 8 or 16mb chips

It will boot but IDE will be very slow. If you connect it to the wrong pin then it can cause chaos.

Looking for a pre-made relocator board

Hello all,

This is my first post to the forum, actually. It's rather intimidating to come into the tail end of a 151-page long forum thread to ask a question, but I'll try to be brave!

I just finished building up a TF530 at 33 MHz from a bare board and parts I ordered from DigiKey (I'm in the United States). It works a treat in my Rev 6 Amiga 500, and I'm very happy with the results.

However, when I bought the bare board off of eBay, I didn't realize I'd need a 68000 relocator board to get everything finished off neatly.

Does anyone have any spare 90-degree relocators that you've already fabbed? I can send gerbers off to a board house if I need to, but if anyone has any extras they've already had made, I would be very happy to buy one from you. (I didn't see any in the marketplace at this time)

Best Wishes,

-Twylo

I am going to build & sell a few more TF530s to get rid of the remaining memory chips that I have at home, if anyone knows where to find 68030s at a decent price, please let me know

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you
Ordered new CPLD's from digikey, stupidly quick delivery btw, took the
old ones off, soldered the new ones on, programmed with the pi.
TADA she boots to the kickstart screen.
I dont have a working gotek drive yet to check anything, but is there a
download of diagrom that doesnt need compiling? As I just want to be
sure everything is working.

long story short, adeleparts2010 memory ok, CPLD's bad
