Buy: Online version of Premier Manager II

Hello everyone,

I don't know if this is the right place to ask or if it is even allowed but I guess admins and others will kick me out if I'm out of my place.

Me and my mate played PMII sooo much when we was younger (rule was that no one could be Halifax first season, Greenwood and Thompstone were too good).

Anyway, I was just wondering how much work it would take to make this game available online with two or more players. Is this an impossible task?
As two player function is already in place in this game (all players can bid on a player someone bid on for example), it should be possible to just add time frames, shouldn't it?

Anyway, I'm willing to pay someone to do this if it's possible (and legal).
