Defender of the Crown - Too Fast/Speed not consistent

Hi Folks.

I wanted to play some Defender of the Crown but the Game Speed is not consistent.

For example, the Horse riding in the Tournament is way too fast.

Some Pictures, like the "trumpet players" are rarely seen and some animations get cut off.

(like the horse riding animation when the tournament loading)

Sword fighting is also hilariously fast

If i use NoCACHE and Expchip its better but still the speed is all over the place and if i use that options the music gets stretched when loading something.

A option to change the speed via Custom options would be nice but most important is to make the game speed consistent.

Some tweaks to make the game more "playable" would also be very nice.
I mean to click 100 times to recruit 100 soldiers

Just keep the button pressed would be an good option.

But hey, please just tell me if its only me that thinks this GEM needs more work.

PS:Black borders would make the game more pleasing i think. Get rid of those overscan colour. I play DOTC on a A600 Furia by the way.

IIRC, pressing both right+left mouse buttons will add 5 units (soldiers/knights/catapults) at once.

I posted also on Mantis Bug Tracker. Hopefully somebody will fix this GEM and a true milestone in Amiga History.
