@ saimo

many thanks for the great support you give us for both BOH and glUAE...Update 13 is rock solid and I love the universal score keeper on BOH's web page !!

@ All

let's get those scores in guys!..can't be simpler...just play BOH & when you exit any times/scores will be automatically sent to the BOH web page under standings...cool idea

@CodyJarrett

I just noticed the page is now up - thanks again!

Here's some additional information for you:
* language: besides English, the game is available also in Danish, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Spanish and Swedish;
* cheatcode: oh, yes, there is one, but I'm not telling (and there's also an Easter Egg)
* publisher: EDITEL snc.

If you want, I can provide box and disc scans. In miscshots you can put the box photos available in the gallery, if you want.
Finally, just a question about the category: BOH is hard to categorize and it certainly has a shooter component, but it is first and foremost a maze exploration and puzzle game, so, would there be a better category for it?

Added the language and developer info. How does 'Puzzler - Manage routes' for the category sound?
Also scans would be great

Thank you!
However, a correction: EDITEL snc is the publisher, not the developer.

Better, but still not good enough.
How about "action adventure -> puzzler"? Other valid options could be "action adventure -> uncategorised" or "maze game -> uncategorised"

OK, just contact me by email

'Action Adventure - Puzzler' it is then.

You mean, ECS/AGA Amigas? If so, sorry, that simply is not possible (not without losing quality and after re-writing the code from scratch in assembly, I mean).

No, I mean Amigas. Computers not using the hardware design by Commodore-Amiga Inc. are not Amigas, they're a different platform. Don't worry, I'm not picking a fight. I understand it would have to be re-coded if it were to run on an Amiga, just hoped more people would make games for Amiga I guess...

Some of us still wanna make games for real Amigas, but I still think it's really cool that Aros has its first commercial game with BOH!

No problem... especially because it's clear we meant the very same thing ("classic" Amigas).

Believe me, I would just love to do that: I've been hitting the classic chipset for years and I just adore M68k assembly. But, unfortunately, it's something I can't do anymore. Same goes for many others, I guess.

BOH at the Indie of the Year Awards

Hi everybody,

this time I'm disturbing you for a little request - I hope I'm not doing any harm.

I'd like to invite who deems BOH worthy of such request to vote for it in the first phase of the Indie of the Year Awards (only the first 50 games pass the phase).
To vote it's enough to go to BOH's page on Indie DB and click on the big VOTE FOR THIS INDIE button. Important note: who is registered on Indie/Mod DB should vote after logging in, as his/her vote will count more.
After all, this is another little way of letting the world know that the Amiga is still alive

Thanks for your time and, obviously, for voting!

Voted and best of luck. It's 86th out of 2580 games, so not bad at all, but 36 to go to the final round.

By the way it's a shame that it's nowhere to be found on the description that the game it's also for AmigaOS and AROS.

Ah, no, that's not the contest ranking: it's just the ordinary page popularity. Currently, nobody but administrators can see the results.

Definitely. Unfortunately, Mod/Indie DB only provides a restricted number of platforms and AmigaOS and AROS are not among them
