newbie question about OctaMED panning

Hi friends.

I finally got myself some time to starting making tunes on OctaMED v5. And there's one thing I just can't figure out: the panning of the channels. Channels 1 and 4 are absolute stereo-left, and channels 2 and 3 are stereo-right. I want them all to be stereo-center. I put the command E3F (according to the manual, it should do the trick) but nothing happens.

Really newbie question here. Anyone knows what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks!
