Silkworm causes 1.4.5 to crash

crash occurs before title screen with the following:
Silk Worm (1988)(Tecmo)[cr Defjam - CCS - Spreadpoint][t +4 Threat]
&
2 IPFs with different CRCs!


did not crash with:
Silk Worm (1988)(Tecmo)[cr Trilogy][t +4 Trilogy]

Same problem as jharrison, WinUAE 1.4.4 works perfectly with the same configuration.

I can't find my brown paper bag just now, but anyway, stupid workaround to this bug: enable "uae boot rom". (chip ram > 2M, "magic mouse" etc configured)
