is there any cdrw software for workbench 3.1 i down loaded a thing off aminet but dont know how to use it it says you can use a cdrw like a floopy any one help nme with this

There's no CDRW software with WB3.1 (only software to read a cd). But you download a full version of MakeCD free now (legally). Just google it.
