8-way scrolling Shoot'em-up from Titus
I think this game was released about 1990. It's a fast 8-way scrolling shmup, top perspective, and there are some big bosses too (like 80x64 pixels). I remember it was released by Titus. It was quite responsive and fun to play. Tips, anyone?

I think I found it! I think it's Battle Storm. But BTTR doesn't have screenshots of it so I don't know for sure. Funny that HOL only has 3 of the 23 Titus titles I found on BTTR, thought HOL was the sh*t so I only searched there at first.

'Adventures of Moktar' as described on BTTR doesn't exist, it is 'Les Aventures de Moktar' and only published in French language. TOSEC is right. Well some other bit of unintended humor seems to have stealthily crept into the BTTR list.  The game 'Crime does not pay' is listed as 'Crime does pay'.  This will definitely result in big nods from all gangsters in the world!  Seriously again ... Battle Storm *is* in HOL ... called Battlestorm! Spaces are evil, aren't they?  Anyway...HOL has even more titles of Titus listed than BTTR, amongst them the ultra-rare MAGIC. Last edited by andreas; 19 December 2004 at 19:07. |

I didn't search for Battlestorm or Battle Storm. I searched by developer name, Titus, and only 3 came up in HOL, 23 in BTTR. (I didn't know the game name until I went to BTTR.) Aaaaaanyway, still think Titus made more than 3 games? Maybe they were published by some other company? Oh well.
 By looking at the screen shots I see it's the right game! Could anyone put an .adf/.dms in the zone? (Am I allowed to ask that? ) That would be sooo righteous! (c) animated surfer dude turtles anonymousps. Maybe this thread should be in the Looking for a game name forum? If so, feel free to move it, admins.

Try searching for PUBLISHER=Titus and you'll get a heap of matches.
