Trying to get Genetic Species + CDDA to work

First of all I should say I can't hook my cdrom up to my soundcard because I have a laptop. I have Daemon Tools 3.47 with analog option enabled and also have SCSI emulation enabled in WinUAE. I can get CDDA to work with other Amiga CD games such as Napalm and T-zero. I think I should be able to get it to work with Genetic Species.

I have tried using the GS Script from here http://aminet.net/game/patch/GeneticScript.lha but I've had some problems getting it to run. When using Amikit, after initiating no startup sequence, I type "LoadWB" at the prompt and I get an error that says: Ramlib Program Failed Wait for Disk Activity to Finish.

When I type "LoadWB" at the prompt with my own 3.1 install, I can get to the desktop, but when I start the script I get this error: Execute: Can't Open Engine, Object not Found. The script seems to be mounting the CD correctly but for some reason it won't run "Engine", also located on the CD.

This is all assuming that I should be hearing CD Audio in the first level of the game because I haven't gotten any farther than that. All I hear are the sounds. Thank you for any help.

Here is what the script looks like:
;here the script
;First you need to start wihtout Startup-sequence
;Then in the Cli Windows, type "LoadWB"
;Then you can double-click on the icon from that file
;Work fine at home, but i don't know for other cgf
;I think you have more work if you own a GFX.
;But it's enough for a standart A1200 on a PAL screen (or NTSC).

run dh0:c/setpatch ;this for the 680x0 and AGA screen (and some more)
Mount CD0: ;This is for your .... CD ROM drive !!!! yeah !
Wait 5 ;Adjust that value if you need
Run Execute Engine ;And then jump to the standart script

Id ignore the script unless you really need it due to low memory. ive uploaded the latest patch update for the game to "The Zone" which should sort you out with audio playback
