Cybervision 64 memory

I have been searching for information on what memory chips to use to upgrade my Cybervision 64 to 4MB ram.

I have a Trio64V+ that has 2MB of socketed chips and wanted to find out if I can use them.

They are 2x GM71C4260CJ60 and 2x HY514264BJC-70

Thanks

You need to be sure you have four 262,144-word (256k bytes) x 16-bit Dynamic Random Access Memory with at least 70ns of access speed and the very same pinout.

The types you post here are compatible. Check the datasheets on the internet if you are in doubt.

I bought a secound hand s3trio gfxcard and unsoldered the ram.
after cleaning the memorypads my cv64 had 4mb (60 + 50ns mem).

It costs me about half an hour for unsoldering and cleaning and 2 euros for the old peecee gfx-card.
