Professional slacker!

All the packs 'Full Upwards' require at least an 020 processor for Scalos, unless its possible to emulate an 020 on the MiniMig I don't saee how you can use them.
The Lite pack might work (in fact I think I tried it on an A600 and it ran) but its still optimised for an 020 Also as Fol says you'll have memory issues as these packs also use 1.5-1.7mb of your memory right away... |

Yes better stay with classic Workbench 68k because if you want to use whdload you'll loose less memory...

Yeh memory is the biggest issue as I bog standard A600 only has 1MB. |

A little question , with my new LCD TV , i tried first my Minimig with the Scart cable but was disapointed as i could see an image on LCD but wasn't stable , so i had to plug it with the VGA cable.
Does someone know wich could be the problem with Scart cable ? Thanks. |

When using scart on TV, you need to set jumper from 31Khz to 15Khz. |

Neat looking setup lolafg!!!! Perfect for playing loads of games!
Perhaps you'll be interested in this, if I finish it: http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=53907 Gives the mini-mig a retro feel. As for the higher ClassicWB versions, well the 68K version IS the LITE version with everything fixed for great performance on a 68000 (Dopus, executable, libs, compatible programs etc). People no longer have to adapt the LITE version themselves like they used to in the past. All the higher versions are just not feasible on 68000 due to Scalos as already mentioned plus there is only so much you can do with low mem Amiga's. |

I wonder how fast the minimig is in 16 colour higher res screenmodes? A real 68000 Amiga is like a slide show, so 8 or below is only possible. If it can do 16 colours in it's fast mode, you could look at replacing the icons if you wanted to. Cammy has a very nice optimized palette done by Rebel for 16 colour screenmodes. |

Nice to know FOL - the geek in me wants to have one of these minimigs and I'd use it for 1.3 nostalgia as well as take around peoples houses to play the Classics!

I'm also very keen to see how well it handles 16 colour screenmodes! It would be awesome to see something like my Workbench setup running on a cute little MiniMig.

Then copy the CW HDF data to the newly RDB HDF. Then run it and activate CWB. Easiest way is to do this all through WinUAE. |

Drag and drop your Games folder to RAM. See if it fills ram ok. If it fails. Try loading WB from a floppy image and filling ram that way. |
