Fixed the title

As for SSF2T, it needs to be unpacked on an amiga as one of the filenames has a * in it.

I suspect you are unpacking it in windows! YOU SLAG!

:S

well... like... err.. yeah . good to know KG.

not my fault if winuae-kaillera stuff all gets done on my PC! sorry boss!

does explain why my attempted install also didnt work. Im sure i would know all this if i actually gave a toss about Streetfighter games. As it stands however, i dont.

edit: i have a funny feeling this is gonna cause me some grief since i have been trying to use pc folders instead of HDFs for my packs

I use pc folders to play all my whdload games, it won't cause a problem as long as you initially extract it within an amiga environment.

Damn I didn't know that
I always extract or install new WHDLoad slaves on an Amiga environment to avoid file system issues.
That could have saved me a shitload of time when I redid all the hdf's for the Xbox.

I don't understand that happen me with KG packs in ClassicWB UAE.I have found more games that don't work to me beside of F-19,some of them:Tangram,Shadow of the Beast,Shadow Fighter,GuySpy...they are approximately a 5% of all that don't work.

I have tried to descompress some game in ClassicWB instead of from Windows but the result is the same. Most peculiar is those problematic games work ALL in my real A1200 and the A1200 games were copied of those of Windows!

Maybe I have made some atrocity but anyone has the same games with errors that me(in WinUAE)?

Kristian95: I asked Galahad about it, he said he'd look in to it!

Frik: not sure what to say, I can't reproduce the error, sounds like a problem with your WB setup and the newicons program or something... or maybe WinUAE? I've no idea!

your not alone frikilokooo

i've had some strange problems with classic wb and whdload.... i could work out if it was 16.8, the install, the hardware, or a component of classic wb that was causing the problem.... sometimes it would just disappear! (like the Dalek Attack bug i reported :S )

the fact that the bugs seem to disappear now and again only adds to the confusion!

Do you talk about to that the game icon disappears?that's my problem.

I have made something rare because before Unreal worked to me and now no!Maybe is WHDLoad 16.8.

I'm going to install the new ClassicWB,maybe it solves the problem.

These might not help but they can't hurt...

Which version of ClassicWB are you using?

How are you unpacking the games?

Which version of WinUAE are you using?

What OS are you using?

ClassicWB UAE v21F.

I usually unpack the games with WinRAR but I've tried from ClassicWB with WizARC v.1.1b with the same result. The same games works in my A1200 as I already said.

WinUAE 1.4.4.

I use Workbench v3.1 rev 4.42(1996)(ESCOM) and
KS ROM v3.1 (A1200) rev 40.68 (512k)

Thanks KG to help me.
