Need help adding RAM to an A1200 Power Tower

Many years ago I was given an A1200 Power Tower by a friend who'd removed some boards. It turned out that two remaining boards, a GVP Spectrum and an audio card, both had a bad chip, preventing it from booting.

Since it only has the Fat Agnus I bought the 8 MB RAM expansion from AmigaKit, which is designed for a console version A1200's trapdoor. They insist there's a connector for it in the Power Tower. Does anyone know where it is? The hardware sleeve refers to documentation, but none was included.

Even in a tower, it should be just in front of the mouse ports on the motherboard, theres an edge connector on the right in desktop, so if the motherboards mounted on the right looking from the front of the case, it would be top right of the motherboard looking at it from the front.

I took a picture of the insides but don't see how to insert it in this thread. I'm only given an option to reference a URL.

The mouse port is on the left as I view the opened Power Tower

Please see the linked picture, it shows an accelerator card mounted in a Power Tower - hope it helps as it mounts in the same way as the RAM card you have acquired.

Or another way to look at it: Look at the PCMCIA slot. The slot you want is exactly opposite to the PCMCIA one
