Roll eyes (sarcastic) completely frackers

To me all the bigbox amiga seem to have problems!.... My A4000 is no exception...When I first got it - I had to have the clock/mouse chips replaced, and this made no difference (clock didnt work..mouse later failed) the board died on me!!!..to getting a replacement board and finding out the clock didnt work and now discoverying the sound output is distorted...arghhh...like you smiley I've spent too much on my A4000....I must be . Just bought a network card and soundcard...the crazness continues....

He he, A4000 motherboards can be a pain because of the damn leaking batteries. Thankfully I have a couple of spare ones, just in case ;-)

Oh, and good luck on the sale Smiley1635

Bloody hell Smiley, you've only been at this for 5 minuets, took me five years to get my A1200 how I wanted it, maybe you should give it a little more time?

Smiley,

Don't give up. I am in the process of trying to revive my Amiga 500. I've cursed Ebay and the computer for lack of hardware availability. But you know what? I will have this little computer to its maximum potential, even if it takes a while. So what if an accelerator card comes on ebay only once a month (and its never the one I want So what if I can't find the parts I need..or the software...or ..well you get the idea (I'm laying it on a bit thick )

Regardless of what you choose, enjoy an Amiga

I think this will be going on ebay on Sunday if nobody buys it before then.

I think the £50 postage has put off the guy from Greece.....

£58? Your 'avin' a larf right?

I think you'll have to put it back together, buy a few extra bits (A2620/A2630 accelerator card) and flog it as a job lot if you want to get anywhere near your money back.

A2000's are not really sought after which makes them next to worthless

A2000 accelerators are quite rare which makes them expensive.

For an extra £30 you could come close to getting an A1200, 030 accelerator, 32-mbyte RAM and a hard drive. The perfect classic retro-gaming amiga setup.

You can collect it for £58 if you really want to

Maybe I should ebay individual lots?

Or open to offers :-)
