Turrican 2 AGA is rocking me and my son's world! Truly great and a fresh take on an already great game! Who knew that DOS was gifted a 256 colour version! It's good we can choose the Amiga Turrican sprite though! The ultimate version in the making!

You are not alone, both are well 'enhanced'. Wish they do the same with rest of the games, like The Dig and Indy series.

PC - Stardew Valley - Farmin' like crazy
Amiga - Lemmings - Tricky Level 18 at the moment

I am going to guess they will only re-release games with proper quality voice lines, so that would leave out the Indy adventure games. Indy 4 has pretty serviceable voice acting but the audio quality is quite poor.

PC - Stardew Valley - Fishing and mining, while trying to be friend with everyone...

Amiga - Lemmings - up to level 27 on Tricky. Some of levels are like in massacre mode, where you have to save 10% of 100 and you have a means only really to save 10 of them. Still quite a fun, and it shows how slow I am with mouse....

Time saver tip: you only need to be friends with half the people in town to get max rating. So don't waste too much time on it, eventually becoming friends is pretty much an automatic thing. Just keep an eye on birthdays and do chores for people.

Just completed Curse of Monkey Island - great voice acting and looks amazing (some didn't like the cartooney look though) some difficult puzzles and had to consult a walkthrough once or twice.

Hard pushed to say which of the 3 is the best, SOMI is awesome but it feels really short. SOMI2 and COMI I feel are the better games - unusual for sequels, maybe SOMI2 shades it, I like exploring the different islands - it feels like a huge game.

However COMI is a very close 2nd - maybe a tie!

Now on to Escape from Monkey Island - not looking forward to this, remember attempting it and it never hooked me so didn't complete it. The error is trying to make a game 3D as it was "in" at the time - now looks terribly dated whilst the original pixel art ones don't!

Same here. SOMI2 is a great game with an ending that isn't that great (I meaning both the last 'puzzle' and the end sequence) and it feels really non-linear because of the different islands. COMI has some of the best dialogue and jokes in the series plus the puzzle design is very good. It does feel quite linear though. Both very good games and I'd also say they are a bit better than the original.

Good luck with EFMI It's not only the horrible 3D controls that make it the worst in the series.

Not to mention that it came off of the Disney looking Curse which has aged like fine wine because of it... no remaster required for that one. It feels like only half a game because of the switch to 3D. And that control scheme... ugh.

Still... it's infinitely better than Simon the Sorcerer 3D or Earth Worm Jim 3D. Now those are games which should have never gotten sequels.

Rogue Heroes: Ruins of Tasos

Mix Zelda with a rogue-something and you'll get this. The way they did it leaves the overworld exploration (needing to find new items to get to new areas) intact, but makes the main dungeons random so they play slightly different each time. They also threw some non-random dungeons in the game too so the classic Zelda dungeon puzzle isn't completely gone. Really well done in my opinion.

(who they gunna fight ? The Rail-Road ? The Rust-Devils ?)

Anyway, I got a bug ---
The Quest giver was not at the location --- Just a pointer...
So consoled passed that and found out who to kill --- killed them
Return to pointer [DOH]
Consoled passed that = FAILED !

Also failed me on a PROTECT mission
When I killed the Raiders and the Settlers lived ?

Forza Horizon 4. It's ridiculously pretty for a game running on my 6 years old PC on stable 60fps. Seems like witchcraft.

Absolutely perfect experience so far...except for driving on the left...I'm afraid someday I do something stupid on a real road.

Just finished Tales of Monkey Island. I kinda like the story and the 3D graphics aren't all bad, but the controls and puzzle design are really not great. Ah well, at least I'm ready for Return to Monkey Island now.

Since I still had it installed and have a day off I finished the game and... yes, there more than one problem with the message of this game.
