Erwin Kloibhofer (Ghost Battle/ Lionheart) about his time at Thalion
I managed to get hold of Erwin Kloibhofer, programmer of Ghost Battle and Lionheart.
He recalls, how his collaboration with Henk Nieborg started, the development of Ghost Battle and Lionheart, the problems with his boss Willi Carmincke and explains the reasons behind changing from Thalion to Psygnosis. The text is available in German only. |

His position as managing director was entered in the commercial register at 04.03.1993.
Sales of Lionheart were above average for an action game but generally disappointing as sales revenue just covered development costs (according to Erik Simon). |

Yeah, it was kind of the swan song game for the OCS Amigas (or maybe all of them, since AGA didn't do any wonders)..
